Sales comes down to one thing: results.  Chris believes in building lasting, mutually beneficial relationships between retailers, distributors and the manufacturers he represents.  His goal is to provide innovation, expertise, and value at every level of the distribution chain.  After graduating from Texas Christian University in 2008 with a Bachelors of Science in Communications with a focus on business, he joined the team at SSi.  He specializes in working with manufacturers who are looking to pioneer and grow their business in the Convenience and Military Exchange classes of trade.

Chris has spent his life being strongly influenced by the Automotive Aftermarket.  He began his formal career at SSi 11 years ago and holds account responsibility for customers in North Texas, and Eastern Oklahoma, along with key accounts The Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, APW and PWI.  Chris’s strong attention to detail, impeccable follow-up skills, and his “can-do” team player attitude, are most definitely a positive addition to the Schnair Sales Team.

Christina Littleton delved into the automotive industry at the young age of 16 while delivering parts for an independent jobber.  Christina joined SSi in 2002 while obtaining her degree in Marketing – Supply Chain Management at Missouri State.  Christina has developed outstanding relationships throughout all O’Reilly departments over the past 17 years and leads our O’Reilly sales team to increase our vendor’s sales and success.

David Furr

David Furr started his career in the automotive aftermarket at the age of 15 sweeping floors and learning the trade in an independent repair facility before becoming employed at O’Reilly Automotive where he was employed for nearly 25 years.  David now manages our vendors’ access and reporting on the O’Reilly intranet site, supplyLINE.  David also will continue to grow into our sales efforts at O’Reilly.

David Furr

Jim Haigh has loved automobiles his whole life and started working in the automotive aftermarket at TG&Y after his time in the US Air Force.  Jim held several positions at TG&Y before starting as a Manufacturer’s Representative in Oklahoma.  Jim then acquired PSI in Texas, which merged with SSi in 1997.  Jim has lived in Springfield since 1998 calling on O’Reilly.  Jim is dedicated to O’Reilly and grown very strong relationships with the O’Reilly team.

Chase Pryor was born into automotive aftermarket following his father’s footsteps.  Chase officially joined SSi in 2003 and provides outstanding service at all levels of O’Reilly.  Chase now manages our new store set up team and service projects at O’Reilly, while also working directly with O’Reilly to grow our vendor sales with sales responsibility.

Tim came to SSi through the acquisition of PSI and has been a sales representative in the North Texas area since 1986.  Prior to that, Tim worked at a major North Texas automotive parts warehouse distributor and also at a local automotive retail parts store, giving him over 30 years combined experience in the automotive aftermarket parts, sales and field service industry.  Among Tim’s accomplishments are his membership in AAIASEMA, past President of the Cowtown Chapter– Automotive Booster Clubs International and Cook Children’s Medical Center (Ft. Worth, TX) Ethics Committee.  Tim has also earned 11 ASE certifications, including designation as a Master Automobile Technician, Undercar Specialist, Parts Specialist and Service Consultant.  He has been recognized numerous times as a top performer by many of the companies that SSi represents.  During his tenure, Tim has maintained a strong relationship with his customers and the factories for which he represents and is highly respected by both.  Tim’s responsibilities include managing our sales force to better serve our manufacturers’ needs.

Gary Ybarra

Gary Ybarra has been a sales account manager for more than 28 years during which time has amassed more than 60 million dollars in sales.  Recognized several times as a Million Dollar Sales Achiever and Rep of the Year, his customers know him for his integrity, professionalism and personable nature.

Gary has managed all facets of automotive parts operations including sales, inventory control, employee supervision and training and development.  He has worked as an automotive service technician, in an automotive parts store and in operations and outside sales at a major auto parts wholesale distributor.  Since 1997, Gary has been a sales professional with a major chassis manufacturer and most recently with a major automotive filter manufacturer, working with HD, Fleet and Industrial accounts in the West Texas, New Mexico and Colorado markets.

Gary currently has ASE Certifications in Brakes, and Steering & Suspension and is working toward additional certifications.

Gary lives in Amarillo, Texas where he will cover the west Texas, western Oklahoma and select accounts in eastern New Mexico for SSi.

Blake started out working on the family farm and worked his way through college doing logistics for a large shipping company. After graduation, he went to work for a large automotive warehouse distributor earning his way up from basic warehouse work to project management and eventually sales management for accounts across the US, Canada and Mexico. Blake has been a part of the SSi team since November 2019 covering Arkansas and Louisiana.

Lesley Holley

Lesley Holley has spent 15 years working on the retail side of the business, giving her a strong understanding of what it takes to provide excellent customer service.  In addition to sales and customer service, her retail experience includes loss prevention, inventory control, store staging and training of new hires.

Lesley has been employed at SSi since 2010, where she currently handles vendor and trade show setups, processing orders and tracking shipments.  She also works very closely with military and convenience store accounts to ensure paperwork and pricing compliance.

With Terry’s beginnings starting at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee (UWM) in 1967, his business and marketing studies certainly conditioned Terry to lean toward sales.  Working in the Graphic Arts Industry, he became comfortable dealing with clients and customers; especially thriving on the interfacing and selling, which led to his change in tenure to Electrolert as Vice President of Marketing and Sales and additionally Gould, Burgess Division and Filter Dynamics, Inc., in the position of National Sales Manager.  Joining Harold Schnair Sales in 1979, he quickly rose to Vice President, accomplishing multimillion-dollar sales to a major retail chain consisting of 500 stores, along with many other major accounts.  In 2001, Terry purchased the assets of The Harold Schnair Sales Company, beginning the new Schnair Sales & Service Company (SSi), with the Corporate office located in Irving, Texas.  Terry’s dedication, reliability and honesty have kept him a consistent force in the ever changing environment of the automotive aftermarket industry. His innovative concept developed automation at the retail level with infield services, pull through and sell through policies.  He took service beyond the brawn of labor to utilizing smart and concerned service.  At Schnair Sales & Service (SSi), Terry is President.

Russ Wilshusen joined Schnair Sales & Service in October of 2018. He has the sales responsibility for Nebraska and Iowa along with assisting the sales team in the MINK states.

Russ has been in sales and distribution since graduating from Southeast Community College in Milford, NE. He began his career after college and was employed 6 years with NAPA in Lincoln, NE.  He joined Dayco Products in 1987 and most recently was responsible for the Nebraska, Iowa and Montana territory. Having a strong background in the automotive aftermarket, Russ has a great skill set for building strong relationships with vendors and customers.

Lisa Malone’s 25+ years of experience include previous positions as Customer Service Manager, Office Administrator, and Promotions Manager for a large automotive retailer. As Promotions Manager she was responsible for planning and promoting nationally televised drag racing events, spearheading the marketing focus to attract Hispanic customers, and directing charity golf tournaments.

Lisa has been a member of the SSi team since August 2010, assuming the role of Administrative and Sales Support in 2015. In addition to her optimistic cheerful attitude, her strong organizational and communication skills are a strong advantage to our sales team.

Ed has been in sales and distribution for most of his career working at the management level for Walmart, Ace Hardware and Tractor Supply.  Ed spent more than 10 years with AutoZone as a District manager where he earned 10 “Top Gun” awards for leading his teams to success executing new programs and attaining sales goals.  He is an ASE certified parts specialist and has a strong record of building successful business relationships with vendors and customers.  Ed has proudly served our country as a member of the Kansas Air National Guard from 1983–1995.

Ed joined SSi in February of 2020 and will have account responsibility for Kansas, parts of western Missouri and assisting the sales team throughout the MINK states.

Tyler Hart followed his father into the automotive industry and started in an auto parts store working part time during high school and then college where he earned his BBA in Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio.  He later managed one of the stores before taking a position with R & B, Inc / Dorman covering South Texas.

Tyler joined SSi in early 2000 and now has sales responsibility for the territories of Houston, San Antonio / Austin Area, South Texas and the Alliance HQ.  Tyler also works the convenience trade in those markets as well calling on Stripes and Valero / CST Brands.
